When and How should I replace the head of my Colgate Electric Toothbrush?
Dentists recommend to change the brush head of your Electric Toothbrush every 3 months.
You can replace the head of your Colgate Electric Toothbrush in the following simple steps:
1. Remove old Brush Head: Grip the head and handle in opposite hands, bristles facing away from you. Place your thumb on the dots, then gently pull the head off in a slight arc motion (don’t snap it directly backwards).
2. Apply fresh Brush Head: Push on your new brush head until it’s flush with the handle and you hear a dull click. Press the ""switch on"" button to test, then you’re set. Happy brushing!

Is an Electric Toothbrush better than a manual toothbrush?
Powered TB's have up to 40000 strokes perminute, while manual TB's are typically 200 strokes per minute. Therefore powered TB's are more efficient than manual TB in cleaning. This performance helps prevent common oral health diseases because it removes more plaque (bacteria) and food debris more effectively.

How often should I use an Electric Toothbrush?

How do you use an Electric Toothbrush?
Brushing with an Electric Toothbrush is a different brushing experience as compared to a manual toothbrush. A clear distinction to understand this is that you work on your teeth with manual toothbrushes for efficient cleaning, whereas an Electric Toothbrush works with you on its own to give a standard efficient clean every single use!
Brushing Technique:
1. Wet the toothbrush head with water
2. Use a pea size amount on the brush head
3. Use the brush gently to cover each quadrant for equal time (30 seconds)
4. Ensure each tooth is covered for deep cleaning
Brush twice a day for best results.
Dentists recommend changing the brush head every 3 months for a safe brushing experience.
Can children use an Electric Toothbrush?
